Worth IT-Alpine Amp

Is a Mrv 1002 V12 AMP worth $350, i think it is 300 rms per channel, 2 channel
comes with face plate for wires, will it run two new rockford fosgatte 12", i think they put out 400 wrms

Sounds like a good deal, Alpine site lists specs at 600WRMSx1 @ 14.4V/4OhmBridged which is more than enough power to drive the biggest 12" RF sub.

well run the subs in parallel, so it would put a 2ohm load on the amp. Then you'll have 600watss rms to share between the subs. But you gotta find out if the amp cam take the load or not. People do run these at 2ohm but its your choice. And most alpine amps are underated, look at the birthsheet of the amp to see how much the amp really puts out. Even 300watts per sub, it is generally enough.
