welding 2x rx7 coolers

just want an opinion..

the two ways of joing the cores:
1. series joun them end to end with tanks at each end (inlet/outlet on oposite sides)

2. in parallel (tanks on top and bottom) fins vertical.

obviously series will have more cooling area and parallel will have better flow..

which is better???

I will have to correct your statement there:

Series will not have more cooling area. If you think about it, the cooling area will be exactly the same. You have the same frontal surface area on either method.

Parallel is always the best when you have the room. You have the same cooling effect with less pressure drop
