Shocks???

How much difference will getting better shocks make to my handling??

I've got Monroe gas shocks, 28mm front sway bar and 30mm lower Kings springs ATM. Would spending $500+ dollars on Koni's or Bilsteins be worth it?

When i changed the shocks on the 180 to Bilsteins it was like drivin a new car ( new 2 inch lower springs aswell ) handling was so much better. Even in general driving round it was a vast improvement, then you take it out to the twisties - unbeleivable difference. Just my experience though.
