Hi, Just wondering if GTR suspension can be swapped straight over to GTST and vice versa ?

Cheers

On R32 it is all the same...with one proviso.

Most pictures of GTR front upper links I have seen (and those I have seen myself) have shown the links to be straight (ie the pivot pins are parallel and you could put two straight edges along the ends of the bushes (at right angle to the pins) and they would form a rectangle.

My GTSt links are offset, so the straightedges would form a parallelogram with the pivot pins. The offset is about 15mm (from memory which may be faulty) along the length of the link.

But here's the rub. When my first set of upper bushes died I went and bought new upper links from Nissan Aust. and they were offset like my GTSt ones. And a set of shorter aftermarket ones that I have sitting around also are offset.

I have GTR spring/damper units in the front of mine and the rears are identical (except for spring and damper rates.)

cheers
