EMS Questions

hello everyone,I have a EMS installed on my GT4 and was hoping someone can answer a few ? I had.My EMS controller always reads that my intake temps are at 31 deg even when I unplug it.....is the sensor stuffed?

Also I have an idle control unit at the bottom of my throttle body which at the moment is not controlled by anything so its sucking air through a filter.This cant be right because wouldnt this be leaking when on boost?Whilst at idle the car will stall if I block it off......just wondering can I control the idle through the EMS-I and just make a plate where the idle control unit was?

if your ems is showing 31 degrees this is the default air temp setting,so it might pay to check the sensor still has continuity(ill find out the correct resistance for you tomorrow)double check you have wired it correctly(should have green and yellow earth wire for sensors)As far as idle control i should have the diagram for your idle controller at work ,ill copy it and send it tomorrow as well!!!

:D Thanks for the advice Syn,I will check if there is any continuity as the wiring is correct.If you can get me that idle diagram that would be great.......your a champ
