prolly an overasked question.
I'm just wondering what the best aftermarket managment is for the stated engine, some thats is pretty much flexibe and can handle mild modification. being easy to use would help too, cheers.
You wont find any better than what you already have in the car , it can be tuned to the nth degree if you so desire.
Give "Lumpy" a ring on 0418822444 and ask him for a lumpy rom
next choice is a power FC but be prepared to part with a lot of folding stuff:wtf:
The original ecu has a lot of adjustability just most people are too lazy to investigate it so its EASIER to spend your money on a aftermarket setup that will never be as good allround as the factory stuff.

Yeah, thats who I'm seeing when I do my conversion. But after that if i want to do other nasty things, I might want to look into something more expandable. cheers.
Start saving or get into drug pedalling cause if its anything nastier than you can run with the Nissan software then its going to cost big time.
You will be in the Autronic world at least - forget the cheapy aftermarket stuff

Yeah, thanks alot mate. So not even a Wolf, Microtech, etc will do the job, i thought these would be ok.

just look at some of the quickest cars in aus (rigoli 1200 ute, rotormaster s6) both these run EMS, the dual sport or stinger are great value for money and ive personally had them tested through the nsw RTA for emmissions and passed in several cars, forget about the factory one cause youll be forking out $$$$$ every time you want to make big changes, also you are restricted by afm's.Just make sure you get someone good to tune them and to set up your idle controller and it will be just like factory!

if you want something a bit better with closed loop idle, over 500 mapping points etc ,Haltech is soon to release a new computer to rival the autronic and such but will only be about $2500 and this will tune in a easy to use windows based program!
