the MT uses your facotry igniters and coils or a bosch ignater and coil, the MTX has built in igniters and can run 4 bosch coils for direct fire ignation.

Thanks

I am looking at turbo charging my car, i was wondering if it would be better getting one of these installed before i got the turbo put on?

They are fully programmable right???

Hyundai Accent. I know someone else in my area that has one installed in his accent (its turbo).

I was just seeing it i would be better off waiting untill i get all the turbo upgrade bolted on, or if it would be fine doing it now and getting it re programmed when i get the turbo on.

not knowing the ignation setup on them i would go the MT8 to control your standard ignation, you will need bigger injectors etc when you turbo so get them first and get the computer setup for there resistance and things like that, you dont have to fit it straight up

hay man, yeah i got the MT-8 running the standard ignition setup, i've still got the standard injectors but they are maxed out, and that is the next mod i'll have to do. its cheaper just to install and tune at once, unless you don't have the time, but you'll pay for tuning twice. The problem you'll run into is fuel, maz-fix had to customize my fuel rail and run a return line to the plastic fuel tank, (as standard is a returnless fuel setup???) and the fuel pressure regulator is in the tank?? :wtf: dangerous, anyway i got the malpassi and a 350hp fuel pump runnin nicely, and im now after new injectors!

Oh well, i thought it may be a good upgrade that would help me out in the future. I am just getting sick of getting bits together and not doing any mods. :(

Oh well.

Hey did mazfix run a pressure hose (i am not sure what its called, but it senses the air) to your Microtech??

If they did this do you reckon they would also install a analogue boost guage at the same time???
