I have a set of VT brakes im putting on my HQ Monaro,I want to get them slotted.
How much am I looking at for getting this done,all am I just better off buying them already done?
These disk are new.

If they are still in the boxes you may be able to return them for the slotted version.

No they are not still in box's,they have a few K's on them.

You could try Race Brakes at Wetherill Park. See if they can slot them for you. If not then you will need to buy new ones.

..I know a guy who can slot them in Melbourne SE Suburbs, and for a good price. I'm getting a pair of VT discs slotted for my EH probably this weekend.

Just be careful the slots are not taken completely to the outside diameter or you may end up with a cracked disc.

little bit off topic, but I have a friend who 'drilled' his brakes with a hand drill I told him it was a bad idea but he didnt listen :rolleyes:

They look like swiss cheese :D

Oh good a repeat customer.......very soon..:D

You can put a lot of stress into the rotor if the drilling isn't done properly.
