Hey GTi6,
We have just bought in samples for the 306 and 406 to add to the catalogue as per your request.
One thing worth noting is that the 406 disc is all the same dimensions except for the rotor thickness ( re: Warpage problem)
The overall height is the same and assuming they are a sliding caliper, you should be able to change over the caliper or caliper bracket to take the thicker disc.
Thicker disc = lower temperature = less chance of warpage.

Now one question here, and gti6 or macquered may be able to answer this as well.
Are the GTi6 rotors and calipers the same as other 306's ?
Are they in fact sliding calipers ?
This is great for us Pug drivers. And with the amount of Pugs getting around now its strange that noone has seen this market previously.
Cheers
Darren
Thanks very much for your help Steve - that's v. interesting re the 406 discs. Some of the 406s use 4 piston Brembos too, sounds like a reasonable upgrade to me. :)
It's great the you're looking into making more products for Peugeot, we really do need some alternatives.
cheers,
Adrian
YELO20 - The front discs on the 306 GTi are different to other 306s (a fair whack larger) however as far as I understand the rears are the same.
I'm also pretty sure the fronts are floating calipers, is there a difference between sliding and floating? They're definetely not fixed calipers.

So, a question back to dbasteve.
The 306 rotors you are saying are the same as the 406 ones, are they the GTi6 or normal 306 ones ???
I'm getting confused here, sorry........

You too eh!
We've asked the question to the supplier and receive the long silence on the phone that we dred.
The discs we have for this 306 are 283mm diameter x 22mm thick and 27.5mm high.
Does this match what you guys have?
That sounds right Steve...
The supplier for my discs has been stalling but hopefully I get them tomorrow.
I'll measure the thickness and height tomorrow, the diameter you have is correct.
Cheers,
Adrian

just curious, are there slotted rotors available for a 205gti? (89)
and how difficult is it to fit the rear discs from the later model 205 onto the old one with drums?
