Purchasing rotors without stud holes

Steve,

is it possible to purchase a pair of rotors (eg slotted) without the stud holes already having been drilled out?

The reason Im asking is that there may be large rotors but they are a five stud whereas I need a 4.

Additionally, will the kangaroo paw rotors come out in slotted or only flat?

I'm sure steve will confirm/deny, but I thought you just suffixed the part number with U, eg DBA926SU (skyline rotors, slotted but no stud holes)
