I currently have 1978-82 BMW 323i ventilated rotors (front) on my BMW 2002 (using 1980-82 BMW 318i hubs and Volvo 240 series calipers).

The 323i rotor specs on your website show 255mm diameter, 75.1mm 'hat' height, original and minimum thickness of 22 and 20.4mm, and cente hole diameter of 63mm.

When it comes time to replace the rotors, I was wondering if it is possible to replace the rotors with the slotted E28 rotors which are 284mm diameter, 76.1mm 'hat' height, original and minimum thickness of 22 and 20.4mm, and cente hole diameter of 79mm. I would buy these as blanks if that's possible and get the stud pattern and centre hole drilled to suit. I may have to fiddle with the diameter of these a bit to fit with the Volvo calipers

Is this feasible? Is the 1mm difference in 'hat' height an issue?

The 284mm disc is made for a larger hub diameter. Unfortunately we cannot supply this disc undrilled or in blank form. There would definitely not be enough material to machine it to fit the 323i hub correctly.
