The disc rotor needs to be remachined using a twin tool lathe otherwise the pad faces will not be parallel and you will get brake shudder ( vibration).

twin tool ?? so that it makes two cust at the same time, so the tool bit is the important part, because i watched a review the other day and it showed him sticking the rotor onto a motor basically and then one tool went fromt he inside to the outside of the rotor and planned it ? is there something missing or did he do it wrong ?? or do you mean machining both sides of the rotor at once ?

You must machine both sides at once.
If the thicknes of a disc varies more than 0.025mm you will get shudder (vibration). Our production discs are machined to within 0.005mm.
