Silvia brake upgrade

I have a 1989 ca powered (soon to be rb powered) silvia and was wondering what a good brake upgrade would be. At the moment, I get chronic brake fade when slowing down from high speeds.

People have suggested skyline and 300zx brakes. How hard is it to do this conversion yourself?

Also, when I upgrade the front brake's, is it possible to put my current ca front brake's on the rear? and if so, why not and how much work would be involved in putting them on there?

I've heard of people using the DBA909 disc with the 4 piston Z32 300zx calipers.
Try the local silvia club I'm sure someone would have already done this one before
