How to test impedance of injectors?

If anyone could tell me how to test the impedance of injectors this would be appreciated.

any multimeter should do it

Leigh, get a multimeter and set it too Ohms, put it on, if it's about 3-5 then it's low impedence, 12> would be high, it's how I tested the rx7 ones I got.
