Will these rims fit under R32 guard?

Will 17x9 rims with 245/45 tyres fit inside the (unmodified) guards of an R32 GTS4?

Whats the offset, thats the most important measurement.
17x9's with a GTR type offset ( 15-20 ) prolly wont but something around 35 should.

oh damn I didn't realize that GTRs had a different offset.

These rims are off an R32 GTR :(
