t3 or to4

i was thinking of updating my turbo from t3 hi flow to a to4, was wondering if would bolt up to vl turbo manifold ? any gain to be had in HP if t04 is standard and how much later would boost start? any help appreciated.

Depends on what they did to your T3. Is it just a Compressor upgrade or a t3/4?

dont bother changing to a T04, there are so many good turbos these days that can run huge HP and are still T3 flange size.
The GT35 / 37 / 40 range will have what you want.
I have the Nizpro T4 flange extractors (with T04) on my VLT and I am now in the process of fitting a T3 flange with a GT35 turbo.
