Major Lockup in Piazza rear end

I read that piazza's are renowned to lock up under heavy braking, and have also experience this in a situation which contributed to a crash I had. Now is there anywhere to correct this fault where the rear end locks up under heavy braking. I do not know if it can be done, rather i am asking for ur expertise. I have also spoken to other owners and have been told they have experienced this also.

You could always fit an adjustable bias valve to the rear brakes and take alittle off them.

I was going to try using a pair of really good pads up front and sum cheap crappy pads up back. I have even been told to disconnect the rear altogether...
