Just wondering if i would be able to get the above disc (DBA # 680) in a blank/undrilled version? If so, how much would it roughly cost (inluding postage to perth). (It is for a disc brake conversion on a hilux diff, for our drag car).

Thank You

Rudi

These are not sold very often and DBA do not have any at the moment undrilled, nor regularly keep them undrilled.
No other rotor close to that which will do??
If it is a regular rotor (say any local vehicle) we can probably get undrilled

Throw some sizes at us and we'll try to find something
Diameter
Offset
Centre hole
Type of caliper
Thickness

Sorry for taking so long fellas.

I have attached a diagram of the end of the hilux axle with some dimensions on it.

The diameter of the discs isnt important as long as they can fit behind 15" rims, the offset shouldnt matter too much as we have yet to choose calipers let alone make caliper mounts. We have a wide variety of calipers to choose from, rear volvo, rear commodore, front brakes of various other cars so we should be able to find a caliper to match the rotor. I spose the rotor thickness would depend on the caliper we end up choosing, maybe you can find some rotors which would fit and then we can choose a caliper which would be suitable afterwards? and see how that goes from there?

Thanks fellas, the help is much appreciated.

DBA152
solid disc
266mm diameter
43mm offset
12.7mm thick
84mm centre hole
143mm dub diameter

O.K so I gather since its Hilux 5 stud the pattern will be right.
The centre hole would need a spigot to be made to go over the axle end.
Hub size is smaller so axle flange may need diameter taken off it.
Offset is quite shallow so you'd have to use a sliding caliper maybe like a commodore 4cylinder front as it suit a solid disc and still takes a reasonable pad size.
266mm will fit under 15" wheel easy.

dba 109
vented disc
286mm diameter
71.5mm offset
24mm thick
70.5mm centre hole
I don't have hub diam at hand.

dba 111b
287mm diameter
61mm offset
13mm thick
70.5mm centre hole
I don't have hub diam at hand.

those 2 are falcon rears XE-XF for the 109. EA-ED for the 111B

Dattoman - I might be shooting myself in the foot here, but these Ford rotors are for local cars so should probably be available undrilled. Might just be a bit of a wait whilst a new batch of blanks is made - depending on luck

Hilux Ford should be the same pattern so the drilling shouldn't be a prob. As long as the 109 isn't the one you want undrilled as they aren't doing another run till April or later.
