I am after some discs for a conversion with roughly the following dimensions:

Diameter: 300mm
Thickness: 28mm
Height: 47-50mm

So far I am thinking of two different mercedes discs DBA280 and DBA288.

However, they must fit over the backing plate, which means I need an internal diameter of more then 180mm.

Do you have these dimensions available?

507 ford tickford rear

280 and 288 as you say

476 Honda

595 Porsche

652 Subaru

866 Eunos

Steve will be able to tell you the hub size. I don't have that info

Thanks dattoman, The 280 seem to be the way to go. I think the rest are made from unobtainium! Two different places for pricing and they don't list most of them :(

dbasteve, any chance I can get the internal measurement for the 280?

I would have to check a sample but I am sure that the I.D won't be >180mm.

The dba 069 Ford Mustang rotor has a tapered hat that opens out to 215mm at the rear.

The other option is DBA 507 rear which has a 190mm hand brake bore.

Steve, the 069 and 507 are too big, I want to try to keep to 15inch wheels (13's are standard!) which I can with 300mm rotors.

I am trying to copy this upgrade without the need for 10mm spacers, and hopefully with cheaper more readily available discs.

So basically I need some 486 rotors with a bigger hat.

Steve, any chance of getting the measurements? I want to do the brake conversion in the next couple of weeks.

bugger, the 504's are too tall, they would hit the suspension :(

looks like I'll be going the NSX disc's with 10mm spacers :(
