I am about put my dollars down on the following package for my VXII SS Commodore:

http://www.cebcobrakes.com.au/Applications/com107.htm

Now I have checked out the harrop option and the Corvette Caliper option and the Cebco kit seems better value.

But I was wondering if there is any other package I should look at? The car is only a street hack with maybe a track day once in a blue moon.

Has anyone had experince with Cebco before? I am also interested in opinions on the pads and the fact that the discs are slightly thinner then the ones on HSV Commodores (should this be a problem?).

Thanks!

Its a good package
I sell the same basic kit but I use Ferodo DS2500 in mine.
We fitted this setup the the WA Sporting car clubs Safety car and it works a treat.....feels nice and light and positive. Just alittle noice from the slotted rotors.
VT used 32mm discs but no real dramas using the 28mm. If your concerned have him supply the 32mm and fit 3mm spacers between the caliper bodies. Will cost you alittle more but if thats what you want then get it.

AP 5200 is a good caliper but I would put better pads in later. Ferodo DS 2500's before a track fling.

These rotors are used on the Procar V8 Brute Utes.

Thanks for the great replies guys you have put my mind at ease. If I do any track work I will use a different set of pads anyway. Need to do swaybars before I attack the track again anyway me thinks.

Cheers!
