View Full Version : R32 GTS-T caliper questions
1) What is the fitting type called to attach the brakeline to the caliper? (i know it doesn't use a banjo bolt, but can if it the bolt is cut down)
2) Is the thread on the fitting a 10x1mm or a 10x1.25mm?

Don't know what the fitting type is called but you can use a banjo bolt setup like the Commodore's have. In fact the same bolt will screw in quite nicely.
Be careful when putting the bolt in as there's a nipple on the inside that mates up with the fitting that 'normally' goes in. If you screw in the bolt too far it can crush it and block fluid flow. If you do this the caliper will probably need to be pulled down to sort out.
Thanks anyway, i knew i could use the banjo bolt but i am going to buy some SS braided lines with the correct fitting (which i found out was pipe and flare).
Do Race brakes here in melbourne do ADR approved SS braided lines?
