adj. prop valve adaptor fittings?

my brake lines (MX-5) have (IIRC) metric inverted flare fittings.

prop valves (Wilwood, Tilton...) have (IIRC) NPT threads.

can you get adaptors to (reversibly) join the two thread types? And a cap to block the spare pipe that an adjustable valve no longer needs?

I've gotta say they do have an excellent range and good service though. I walked in and walked out with exactly what I needed. I couldn't find anywhere else in Sydney to get what I wanted.

I know there is such a thing in the 1/8 npt to 3/8 UNF range from PBR.

There may be one in 10x1 bit not 100% sure.
