Au falcon to Gtst Skyline?

My dad just upgraded the brakes on his Au xr8 falcon (98 model or something maybe?) he used to have dba golds slotted and crossdrilled on the fronts, I know its a long shot but would these fit my 94 r33 gts-t skyline? both cars are 5 stud pattern but that prob doesnt mean anything huh.

Otherwise what would these be worth to sell
