Hi guys,
Just arrived from Japan is my white S4 RX7. It's an '86 model that came from the RS Watanabe factory and has been brought in under the 15 year rule ready for compliance with all relevant paperwork. The car runs great and shows no sign of smoke from the exhaust. It is very clean in and out, has done only 100,000klms, and has a ton of fruit on it including:
Watanabe wheels (16")
damper adjustable Ohlins suspension
T04e turbo on HKS manifold
External wastegate
3-inch exhaust
HKS front mount intercooler
HKS blow off valve
Blitz boost controller
Yours Sports ECU
HKS 5th injector controller with dual extra 550cc injectors (purple) new 5-puck clutch
short shift kit
aftermarket LSD diff
aftermarket brake pads
Bride Brix recliner, blue (driver's side only)
MOMO steering wheel
HKS turbo timer
6-point welded roll cage
Five gauges across dash
Sony stereo
aftermarket aero mirror and wing
The car is currently having a new clutch fitted (was slipping when it arrived) and I will put it on a dyno at 1-bar in a few days time to see the power it makes. I'm unsure of the exhaust trim size of the turbo at the moment but I think its a 58mm, and should easily make over 300hp at the treads, probably more. I just want to conservative until I have a dyno sheet for it. I'm confident with the right rubber it would run low 11s, maybe 10s with some tweaks.
Anyway, I don't need the car right now and will go ahead and comply and register it if need be, or an interested buyer could negotiate to take it as is.
I'll take offers over $12,000 as is or around $15,000 registered in Qld.
