Hi.

Cost a few bucks to get in, like iirc less than 5. travelling north, turn left at the roadhouse, be less than 5km up the road from there. I'll have to get off my lazy cheap ass and run there again since they have extended it. Meh, next year...

Unfortunately I didn't get along there, I go most years though. Only 40 mins from me.

A few years ago, had a torrie throw a rod across the finish line. Oil everywhere, bits of metal all over the road. Was great fun. Farkin big loud bang too.

Was also a 9 second Ford GT oldschool, damn it was quick, but couldn't turn a corner well. Bagged the rears on every corner.

I got some pretty cool pics. Unfortunately, they are on FILM! so I have to scan them and get 'em digitised. I was borrowing a 300mm zoom lens and it was the first time I had used one, so some shots aren't the best. I'll upload what I can.

That GT40 Replica was very nice. And there was some ol' Hilux or Navara there with a stupidly powerful 1JZ engine in it. It went pretty hard. The funniest was an off-road hilux-buggy thing, monstrous body-roll through the bends. Engine shat itself on the third run though, which was a shame.
