Career Change

Hey guys, Im in a real predicament. Im currently in IT. I HATE Computers/IT. I hate my job, I hate going there everyday! I want to get out there, drive a truck, or something! I hate sitting in an office, all I do is bludge, and go on the net/email! Im not motivated!! I have no idea what I want to do. Can anyone suggest anything? Im no good at Sales, but have warehouse/storeman exp, and a forklift lic. Any websites out there, that can mysteriously tell you, what you should be doing?? :rotflol:

same here, stuck doing the same crap every day for about 10 mins, and then spending the rest of the day on the net ruining my eyesite and being bored to tears.

Im enrolling in a few short courses in things that Im interested in (I have a theory about learning and education that I want to write my masters on), but I reckon if you can keep the cushy job while studying something else you are interested in, you can then move into the area you want after your studies are done. Plus you can do all your study assignments etc, at work.

I recently left IT myself. I hate working with computers. I've been fobbing off my old clients for months. 10 months ago, I applied for a job that req. Forklift licence which I didn't have. I'm now working in the Refrigeration wholesale game and I LOVE it. The counter sales are easy (i'm no salesman) as people usually know what they are after. Best thing I ever did. Money started off as less, however well on the way to my goals.
