Is anyone here silly enough to want to work for me?

Here is the deal. I work for a private investor who owns somewhere around $600mill of property in Australia. There are 2 of us who run the Australian operation. We do all the hard/big stuff, ie purchases, leasing, project development & management. We need a person who can run the day to day management of the buildings, this means that you will need to administer leases, arrange maintenance, deal with tenants & contractors, complete reports (to both the two of us & the building owner), and manage the building supervisor/engineer.
There will always be somone experienced enough to help you with difficult/unusual situations (Myself & the other bloke), but we need someone who either has some experience or somehow can demonstate a clear understanding of how to do the job. We will train the person but frankly we couldnt be farked starting from scratch.

Its a small team of 12 people in 3 states, the position is in the main office in Melbourne but I may at times need you to go to Sydney or Brisbane for a day or two.

I travel between the states but the other bloke is only looking after Melbourne properties.

Edo - interested, a job like this is one of the only reasons i would move home.

I'm currently a consulting engineer (buildings), but want to move over to the dark side.

If you would like to see my CV, PM me.

Ok, money is to be negotiated, but will be comensurate with the persons experience.
There is a chance we might consider a graduate but the degree would need to be relevant.
The description above is about the best I can do at the moment.

Any CVs can be sent to me at guy@edmondsmotorsport.com.au

Juzza, I got nuthin!

The whole plan of this is to allow me to go back to Brisbane...so you blokes who want the job up there would be taking mine & thats not nice.

Tim, Yes they will get their own office. I can also guarantee that they will not be bothered by the union officials...

He came in again yesterday & said "Youre alright, you dont scare easy" & I said, "yeah, youre not too bad yourself but you dont intimidate very well" He smiled & said "yeah, see ya mate"

Dont you love it when it all works out nice & friendly?
