ABS Not Working

Hey guys, found out in the new car (JZA80 TT) the ABS does not work. Later found out, the dodgy japs took out the bulbs in the dash, aswell as the trac light, so it looked fine until I locked up. I went to Toyota to get a diagnosis, but for some reason, couldnt get a read out, only on the engine side of things (Which was fine). What should my next step be? Also Airbag light stays on, where can I get this reset?

There should be an ABS diagnostic as the jzz30 soarers have it. Its just a matter of shorting the right pins out on the diagnostic port. Best to get your hands on the US spec supra manual, it'll all be in there.
