Pirelli P-Zero Corsa

Has anyone used these before? They seem like a very good balance between a street/track tyre. How would these go up against the Yokohama Advan Neova AD07s I was also contemplating on getting?

Looking at around $250 per tyre supplied. Does anyone have any better suggestions? 215/45/17 size :)
