So i finally got around to starting the body work on my mate's car.

Its a 197? Mazda 1300 with a Hectic 13b turbo,blah,blah,blah.

The owner can fill in all the details when he reads this.


It was a bit rough to start with, not much rust though.

all 1300, R100, 808, 929, RX-4, RX-3 ... well you get the picture, doors rust as the drain holes are in the wrong place and had hinged rubber plugs fitted over them that only opened when the weight of the water trapped inside the door became heavy enough to cause the rubber to bend.

Cool car though- your repairs look surgical.

Not sure, series 5 brakes maybe, i will ask the owner.
