View Full Version : who needed an old pc for tuner software?

I have been given a 386/486 aka a very old compaq and crt from the guys cleaning out an old pabx room.

Didn't someone on here want something like that to run some old ecu software? I know aaron hogan needed something a bit newer for his RX-4/929 injection stuff.

Happy to hold on to it for a few days, it's in the cbd of melb if anyone wants to come and get it before it goes in the skip

least it looks like that one, cant find the seller i used.

funny, i've had nothing but dramas with those convertors (athough i suspect its as much a problem with vista as it is the convertor

Isn't half the problem the PC seeing the USB as a com port ?

I posted some drivers that lets the pc see the usb port as a com port before, will need to dig them up and post them if anyone is interested in them
