View Full Version : GTiR Stolen - Manly (Sydney)
Stolen from Envy Imports at manly.
3 guys of middle eastern appearence drove a 4WD through the gates of the dealership and stole an unregistered black GTiR around 12.15am Monday Morning
The car still had it's price tag on the window as witnesses saw it screaming off..
that'd be f@#ken right.....cut their arms off for stealing cars....f@#kers.
And apparently at least 2 of the men had ponytails.
Tex
:wtf: TEX change ur avator, thats ****en disgusting man :wtf:
we arnt :gay:
Now now, SIKMA, just because you're jealous of my rippling body. You're going to have to deal with those of us who are built like Greek gods... It's there for the benefit of the ladies anyway! ;)
Tex :p
lol well if u put it that way then i guess its ok
Yer we all got a taste of how you treat your ladies the other day.
poor poor jenifer.
used and abused for the amusement of others.
so tell me, how'd ur warm water theory go?
besides which.. if you were going to steal a car from envy imports, and u had a choice between a GTiR, one of a few skylines of different models, and a Supra , why in the bloody hell would u take the GTiR ???
Robbery...extremely quick and nimble getaway car.
maybe to take it for a run through the nasho or old pacific???
jimboe: see his new avatar, I think the warm water worked...
That is absoutely foul that Avatar.
1. what the the pic is of
2. you actually have a blow up doll!
jsrc, it's not my doll, it actually belongs to a mate. I won't mention any names. But have you wondered why Jimboe seemed pretty concerned for her welfare? And don't worry, I washed it before I used it.
Tex
Tex only you care about before... :)

Funny as all hell!!!!!
I say keep it.!! I think sum people here are upset that they didnt cum UP with the idea.....;) :p :p

Tex
Just remember to empty it after you use it.
Otherwise it will get a runny nose after a while......
This topic seems to have gone off the rails a bit.
Hmm, I agree FASTVP - but I didn't start it! :)
Tex
Actually Tex I believe it was your nipple that started it all

You have obviously never driven one before.
Standard they are very heavy, and slow, until they are on boost.

Its unfortunate to hear news like that, its people like this which will soon have dealers disallowing potential buyers to test drive the car unless you sign a contract stating "I will buy if I don't bring it back!"

i have to disagree with u there gsr - 1200kg and 170kw does not a slow car make.
1200 and 170? u can keep it?
i'd take the 1565kg, 239kw supra anyday.
has something the gti lacks.. STYLE
i love the look of a standard supra (not the crap bodykits) looks like sex on wheels, ala rx7 series 8.

yeah i'll keep it - i bought one actually.
the supra is a freeway /autobahn car.
around the streets and off traffic lights - good luck in the supra, i couldn't give 2 shits about style, the gti-r has the presence and looks of a pit bull that hasn't been fed in 3 days.
i cant' tell the N/A supra from the twin turbo, i wanted a car that no one could mistake anything for ;)
Swifty,
Ill agree with you on this matter =]] The GTi-R looks damn aggressive with its poise, it might not be sex on wheels, but what does that matter unless the only reason you own a car for is to be admired and to pick up chicks =]
The GTi-R is a weapon, friend of mine owns one and they are damn quick and nimble, with a bit of suspension work to counter the 70/30 understeer problem it handles even nicer. They dont weigh too much and are also quite rigid in chassis structure.
Only way I can tell the diff in a Supra is whether it can beat me or not =]

dunno man - maybe im just stoke cos i got one, but i reckon stock for stock, the supra will be the one playing catch up at the lights.
- but i want to hear about a gti-r that was stolen, not argue about them, or other topics above that are unrelated to the heading
Stolen eh? Bloody hell....But why you'd leave one just sitting outside is beyond me. If you're a import place with enough money to be importing cars for sale, you'd wanna have enough money to be able to store the cars in side. You don't see the local Ferrari dealers just parking their cars out side for the evening do ya.
so dodgy envy imports got dodged. Bloody car thieving bastards tho, its not good.
James, they prolly didnt touch the skylines because they are all half cuts that would die in a ram raid
Be very careful the owner of envy is a mate of mine.

i'll second u on that Doctor - if it weren't for the finance hassles i would have bought my gti-r through them - they were fantastic, unlike certain other places in sydney.
they had a gti-r with 27,000 genuine k's on it - the car was practically brand new for fcks sake.
the quality of the imports there is better than most of the other importers in sydney that's for sure.
He got me a beautiful GTS4 for a very good price, and in unreal cond.
And before you start saying "but you know him thats why you got a good one" I bought it after it was delivered to Aus and after a clients finance was not approved.
The customer service even after they buy is very good, does not hesitate to answer question etc. Sometimes I go to other import yards who claim to know everything and have a look, but to tell you the truth they know nothing.
Envy know cars.
(Herman if your reading, you owe me $ for this bit of advertising):D
Just kidding, you can if you want though!!
