    wow...old thread
    Here's a little update.
the gt42/02 i had i just kept driving it as it for a little longer then went to a gt35r with .82 rear housing as i started becoming more into track days.
With this turbo i decided to use a different tuner... Micks motorsport.
Still running everything as per old turbo, but now made 376kw@22psi and still on 264 cams and stock valve springs and 98 fuel, more power and smaller turbo, i was stoked.
I believe i have a thread about deciding which turbo gt30 or gt35 and there were some results shared in that thread.

This turbo lasted me ~6 years, i only replaced it recently.
With this turbo i got a 105.1 at wakefield and 1:42 at smsp gp.

Come today, i upgraded to a slightly bigger turbo, i have a gtw3884 garrett which is the 64mm version with a 1.06 rear AR.
Again, this is tuned by Micks motorsport and i now run E85.
Last dyno i made 495rwkw@28psi, still on 264 cams and STOCK valve springs!!! nothing mechanical has changed.
I have now put some BC valve springs and TI retainers( only a week ago, after the tune)... want to see if i can go more plus wanted to be on the safe side.

Ive had some driving and testing with it but am sorting out some little gremlins. Had power steer pump problems, so went with an electronic pump, got some 10.5" wheels with 295s all round front and back etc... so once thats all sorted hoping to do some better times as well.

I really should do a build thread but just too lazy haha.

Thanks for the update. Would be a weapon to drive. 1.05 is impressive too.

    yes!
From memory hitman had timing in the upper range ~7k rpm @ ~8deg, and lower the more you reved.
The 35r had at min. 18deg at the higher end rpm.
    Big difference!

Glad that worked out in the end. We both just needed to find a tuner that knew what they were doing.
