Never came with a 3SGE, only a 3SFE...scissor gear heads.

It's not a bad flowing head but they don't rev and built for torque....2.2 litres and more is easy with a combo of stock 5SFE parts. A turbo setup wouldn't be a bad combo for street use.

Fair enough. Toyotas engine model naming always seems so illogical when compared to how simple Nissans are.

there's a lot more info in the toyota engine codes though (although the lack of an easily identifiable marker for capacity does suck. you need to know what the block generation number corresponds to in capacity)

What's with the "Partial service history" on an exotic?
Is it crazy how saying sentences backwards creates backwards sentences saying how crazy it is?

It probably hasn't had its first service yet.

I suspect that between the theft & recovery, it passed a few servicing milestones.
Or ... maybe Lakemba Ultratune actually did those services, but they needed to be stricken from the record because that particular evidence was obtained by the police via an illegal search?
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.

You'd stick MX5 front sheetmetal back on it wouldn't you? Those Eunos lights are fucking awfull.
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

I thought they stretched the wheel base when they got rid of the great twin wishbone front end for the Mac strut. Would take a bit of crafting to refit MX5 shit

It's sad when that heap of shit at that price is an actual bargain. I miss the days of sub $25k 911's.
