Yep, state cops just want the roads open no matter what. The CHP just shove them off the road if needed.

As for that thing, I reckon it's a refurb which has had the ladder retro fitted. I couldn't see anyone with half an idea putting all the weight behind the axle group.
There are plenty of them in north america. It's because you can't fit a long reach aerial platform and a pumping unit into the one compact body with the telescopic units.

They look like law students. They should have put them in the bus and pushed it off the ravine.

Yeah pretty close to 50/50, tire rack gives more ball weight as well.

the stupidest thing on that is the tires up so high as a air brake, fuel use while towing must be eye watering!

Eh - all looks pretty good to me. Is it an electric tilt trailer to get low cars on/off?

It's a Tilta trailer. Runs airbags to lower to the ground and the numberplate setup is how they come from the factory.

Nice rig Neil. The trailer I borrow is the same and makes it so easy. I'm guessing the front lip clearance is a little tight going on forwards since my stock splitter is? Considering where the car is and its 50-50 looks perfect but I'm sure you planned that.
