    Interstate bike transport?

What companies can I contact in regards to moving a bike from Syd up here to the NT?

Autotrans priced themselves out of the game, and Bikes Only have booked me in but won't be collecting the bike until the 16th of feb. Is there anyone else that might head up this way that moves bikes?

Thanks Rota. Called Dave and then the office, looking at about the same time frame as Bikes Only, plus a couple of hundred more.

I guess its just an NT thing. Bikes Only quote a 4 day delivery time to Katherine, its just their truck is full so the bike wont get lifted until the 16th. Might as well just wait for them.

My first quote from Autotrans was $1600 Dep to Dep. I figured that must be wrong so i rang back and got a quote off another dude, $1800. :S

It cost me $1200 to get my Impala here with them FFS.

another option may be to get someone to collect the bike and crate it for you. then freight on whoever. i had this done on a dirtbike recently by allwest motorcycle couriers. cost me $220 for them to get it and put it in a crate.

I used these guys at Xmas time - https://www.bikesonly.com.au/

Was about $500 from Sydney to Brisbane for 2 bikes and a 30kg box of parts.

I've used a mob called Bikenut before, had no issues. I reckon it was circa $500 Cairns --> Adelaide.
Randy De Puniet has had more crashes than any other rider in the history of Grand Prix motorcycle racing.

Not bad. Bikes I'm looking at appear to be at least 1k cheaper in WA at the moment, so may be worth it.

    PS- what did you buy?
