Thanks Greg We are expecting products to start rolling out pretty soon. A great deal of time has been going into R & D to make sure all goes smooth.

There will also be some big news with our Monobloc range very shortly(in the weeks to come)

Our mazak was 360k new 8 years ago when the dollar was shit. Mazak invites you over to japland to stay in their own hotel so you can see your machine getting screwed together. We didnt end up doing it as we were too busy at the time but apparently its pretty impressive, not many people just lots of robots

So a about month and a half ago we had a client ask us to design and manufacture a set of bespoke uprights for an Italian Historic race car. IN this instance factory parts are NLA. The main briefs in the project was that all four corners had to have interchangeable centre section, interchangeable tops mounts and caliper adaptors front/rear ends. Bottom mounts were all corner specific. Had to meet a certain budget also…

New hubs front and rear were manufactured and supplied by the client.

Repairing my old shitty suitcase with billet parts. Lol

Some rich cunt wanted this specifically as balcony balustrade decorations, made about 15 of them.

They were double sided when 100% finished though

I've got some CNC gear for my signwriting company, nothing on the scale or complexity of you guys though! Just a baby 1200x900mm 80W laser and a 3000x1500mm router.

Pretty much just basic 2D shapes for us.

Would anybody be available to machine out one of these for me? or possibly depending on price more than one... Or even just export the G-code from a CAM package as TXT file so i can run it in the old boys MAZAK mill. i think this is a bit too complicated for the old mazatrol. Outside diameter is 162mm and its 9.8mm thick and probably do it out of 10mm sheet of 5083-H321 and skim both sides 0.1. i have drawn it to use a 6mm end mill. the chamfer is a bit of a pain and i could do that on a manual mill with reverse 4 jaw chuck.

I can do it, but it'll cost $30,000.*

*That's how much I can get a CNC 2nd-hand for.

Why don't you download fusion 360 from autodesk for free and it will spit that code out in 1 second?
