    Victory is mine

    Picked this up today

The main things that led me away from a Harley were:
Cost (this was 2/3 the price of an equivalant HD)
    Less chance of theft
Simpler neater packaging making cleaning easier

Still undecided as to whether I'll stay with the high bars or switch them out. Also need it look at moving the pegs forward a couple of inches

Looking forward to some weekends away
    Make Land Rover great again

thats a beuat mate, roll the bars forward a touch, too much easyrider happening there for my like.

any mods planned? These will smoke a 103ci harley so no need I suppose, maybe get it sounding better.

Was sitting next to a Victory in traffic today - was alarmed at how quiet it was.
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

Good stuff, sometimes I wish I went back to slipons only, full blown baffle-less exhaust does your head in at 110kph.

Looks cool! I reckon will look even better with low bars too, and less backrest too, but that's just me!

Taken it for a short ride up to gloucester, it's an awesome thing. Cruises like you'd expect a 1.7 litre bike to, effortless. Feels really light compared to a softail, must have a lot of low weight.

Kicking back in a cafe at the moment watching people check it out as they walk past

When I test rode a Hammer it thought it felt a lot lighter than it should too compared to my XR1200 anyway. Nice bike mate.

And....why do I pay stamp duty on the GST portion of the bike???
