Yeah that's their theory. Local road has semis going up it all the time, it's not a dinky little road. Logging trucks use it all the time and if anything will "trim" low branches, it's a logging truck. Maybe they should take my town off their list of places they deliver too or amend their costs either way, their problem.

Anywho, it's on it's way on a tilt tray, be here in about 90 minutes

Also got some pics of the restoration that was done in 08

Everything that unbolts was replaced with new, even down to the brake and fuel lines

    Looks great!

I hope they don't turn up with it on a trade plate, having driven it from Raymond Terrace

Two hours ago you said it would arrive in 90 minutes.

Why have you not uploaded many pictures to the Internets yet?

Too busy putting an XR6T motor in it.
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

Most awesome. As for getting it there on the truck a car carrier runs at 4.6 meters and normal trucks are 4.3 meters so all the cars above 4.3 will have 30 cm of branch /tree damage to them.
I know it dosent help you but they where actually doing the right thing by there customers. Ol mate driving the truck dosent have anything to do with the booking of a private car some mole in an office in another state often does.
(ours are booked in Melbourne) so its fun when they send you somewhere like Terrigal or Bondi in a 19 meter truck and you have nowhere to stop and pick up/ drop off.

    Anyway....Love the Camaro.

Fair enough but, at the end of the day, that's their problem, you don't ring the customer and make it theirs. It ended up coming on a curtain back so was a win and it's pretty clean so I think it came down enclosed

Fwiw, I've found they normally send nice cars enclosed.
