    Ah, OK. Right, the Blitz kit had a different FPR so that is going to be the first thing you require, Echo's run higher fuel pressure than most vehicles, around 53 psi instead of the more usual 43 psi. As already noted the FPR is in the fuel tank.

    As pointed out by an earlier poster, the 5.8 psi of boost is about correct for a supercharger suited to a 1.3 fitted to a 1.5.

    Getting the supercharger pulley machined smaller would increase it's revs and produce more boost.

    I've, just last week, modified some BA falcon injectors, fitted a Magna fuel pump and 98-2000 Evo Lancer rising rate FPR to my Open Wheeler Toy with the intention of going to E85 and Turbo on my 1NZ-FE....

    Oh, forgot, the 1NZ has a knock sensor so that is likely pulling timing and costing HP, especially if it is running lean due to having a fuel "black Box" for a 2NZ.

    If you can find out what fuel pressure the Blit FPR should be you may be able to crush (compress the spring) in a std. one to gain that pressure Then you'll need to tune for the extra capacity.

    Failing all of that ... sell it to me !

    I'd be nervous about a dyno guy who keeps his foot into a boosted car that is super lean at 100 kays under full load. That's a big risk with an unknown engine man. The power output should have told him how unhappy it was.
    Not busting balls but that's sketchy as.

    Back to the little nugget..got the emanage and loom..now he told me to order the map sensor...fml. so thats on its way.

    I want to try and add more boost. No idea where to start

    Not familiar with Toyota Echo tuning, but 70kw at the wheels sounds pretty healthy for a 1.3 litre with a mostly standard exhaust and 6psi in it from an ancient roots 'charger with no intercooler.

    It is well lean through peak torque, but being such a small bore, if its running 98 it might not be hurting itself. There's still power to be had though. Install the emanage, do a full exhaust system and it should see some decent gains. Still be lucky to see 100kw I reckon.

    Factory rated at 63kw presume that is @ F/wheel, + 6 psi = 87-18%driveline loss= 72kw @ wheels, yep it is there or there abouts.

    I reckon there isn't much to be gained by a cooler at these boost pressures, but if you go to a smaller pulley and more boost it will reap reward.

    Thanks guys, mines actually the 1.5

    Ive got all the parts now to complete this, the 5 Zigen Headers, frind will custom the exhaust to the axel back. Ive got the Celica 2ZZGE injectors, and Corolla 1zzfe throttle body. Ive got the e-manage ultimate, and universal harness now, and a 3bar map sensor.

    Mechanic wants $1500 to wire up the Emanage and tune..i think its a bit steep to be honest!

    Probably not much help, but if you have the brown injectors they are around 350cc/min, the yellows which are more common are 330cc/min. Whether that helps with tuning or not...

    So the "beast" is now tuned! A massive 80fwkw on 5psi. I want more..clutch doesn't so ive ordered an exedy heavy duty. Does anyone know how or who can get a crank pulley made for more boost?? I want at least 7 to 10

    Just another thing to sort out, will probably just double up on the diaphragm spring.....

    Made a little bit more power...but its very laggy...like ive got a T51r Turbo lol..once it hits around 3.5k, it goes awesome!! Im putting it down to the tune..

    He didn't install the injector for me..said it dodnt need them.

    Even with the supercharger off..below 3.5 it doesnt move...like as in this morning had it in second and it wouldn't go past 30km...

    Might have to take it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion
