    1. Purchase PO box in Dubbo.
    2. Give RTA address in Dubbo for where vehicle is garaged.
    3. Get greenslip for vehicle in "Dubbo'.
    4 Profit.

I did this a few times but ended up getting caught, mainly because my garage address wasn't Dubbo on the RTA end lol. The greenslip companies must share info with the RTA, but if both addresses match you're all sweet! (Dubbo is like $200+ cheaper than Syd greenslips).

    NSW ftl.

I was rather pleased when I moved to Tas and I could register 2 cars and one bike for the same price as one car in Sydney.

Don't forget all WA rego TPI will go up by an average of $100 at the end of the month.
I'm going to try and pay mine early.

Yeah, just renewed my car today.

Using the greenslip price comparison tool http://prices.maa.nsw.gov.au I was only able to see $800 CTP slips. However my incumbent supplier had sent their renewal out and it was only $568.

My CTP provider is Shannon's. Are ou insured with them? If so, try them.

Cost us over $1700 to get our work van rego'd.
Not one of those massive vans either, just a standard size Citroen Dispatch.
    This is serious mum!

Shannons for the win. Just renewed the Delica this week so a 2 tonne diesel 4wd also and was $386. You do need to have a car with comprehensive insurance with them though to get it.

It's worth calling your insurer and asking why it suddenly jumped $300 in 12 months. Sometimes they will bring it back to a more realistic figure once you ask

    Third Party Insurance.
WA is adopting the national disability policy which means "no fault" insurance, so that you're still covered 100% even if it was you who ran the red light.

Need to have full comp with Shannon's to get the greenslip. Which I would happily do if their full comp wasn't over $2k more per year than AAMI for the LS RX8.

I can't remember, but I'm due to renew it in about a month. It was under $1500 for $20k from memory (and I'm in SW Syd).

    So Shannons wanted nearly $4000?

Make sure they have your vehicle listed correctly - Lots of Landcruisers are incorrectly classified and they might have it down as a ute or Panel Van with Windows - call them and double check it's down as a Passenger Wagon ....
