    Glad it's in QLD
an easy fix is get a mate to drive in front of you at 60 then 80 then 100 and mark in on your speedo with some liquid paper.

Got any more info on how the FWD conversion was done and assume it's still running Mirage front hubs? so 4x100?

Test drove a FWD Evo Mirage a few years back. Almost got it but the owner had managed to "improve" the engine to the point where he'd messed it up. (Super rich, poor idle...) I'd have had to do a bit of work to get it back to standard, and then hope he hadn't actually done anything permanent. Also the nopix wanted me to be able to carry stuff so I ended up with a ute.

Anyway, you don't want it in 4WD. It's all about the lightness and response.

    And the skidz.

If I bought it, the only thing I'd do is work out a way to get a more standard looking front bar on.

That looks like a heap of fun...

    I want to rebump this.

Still want this sold, but dont want to deal with 18 year olds who are just upgrading from piece of shit Lancers and Mirages who've just seen Mighty Car Mods and thinks its the bees knees.

    Ran a best of 13.6 @ 106mph
Rolling of the line and hitting the speed limiter of 106mph (running small wheels) just after 3/4 track.

This is a Mirage that should trap around 110mph, not bad for a stock motor and front driver!
Also found out it doesn't spin two wheels on the burnout pad...
    So its single pegger sadly.

    Neg on price.

No LSD, as I found out the hard way at the drags, Evo 4 and 5 have open front diff.
Which explains the wheel spin even in 4th gear if you hit a mild bump.

Took the car to the track, not a bad result considering hitting the speed limiter.
The car will need an Evo 5 or 6 ecu to remove the speed cut.

Brake wise, I highly recommend an upgrade.
It does have slotted rotors and track pads, but they are only good for one big haul.
    They get excessively spongy afterwards.
Car passes inspection as long as you know the right people (ofcourse)

You should really become a signatory of the Vicroads Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme (VASS)
Ban low performance drivers not high performance cars
