    Best place for KTM parts

Chasing a gear position switch and side stand switch for my RC8R, Teammoto stealers want $250 and $80 respectively. Thought I was onto a winner with ktmtwins.com at $133 and $46 with free shipping until you go to checkout and the prices are USD and free shipping turns in to $50 international freight Most of the other shops I've found dont seem interested in overseas shipping without using a freight forwarder.

Is there any Summit or Jegs style major motorbike parts stores out there I'm better off searching with?

Have you asked on a KTM forum?
"Where can we get hold of a Vincent Black Shadow?" "Whats that?" "A fantastic bike," I said. "The new model is something like two thousand cubic inches, developing two hundred brake-horsepower at four thousand revolutions per minute on a magnesium frame with two styrofoam seats and a total curb weight of exactly two hundred pounds."

Most I've looked through are US or Europe so somewhat irrelevant. Just got an email back from a US supplier who was happy to help for the small fee of $110USD international shipping!

    So thoughtful and generous

There is an Aussie based KTM specialist but their prices are the same as Team Moto plus freight.

I recently did an order through rockymountain for my KTM. Fedex shipping option and I received it in two days. Great selection of higher quality (Made in USA or Europe) parts as well as the standard made in China options. Price was decent, but not crazy cheap compared to buying locally. Once I added in the shipping and exchange rate, I'd say I saved around 10-15% compared to buying on Oz, the big winner for me was being able to buy everything I needed in a single order, rather than buying from 5 or so different sellers.

Note: They don't seem to ship OEM KTM parts to Australia.

Missed this, are you talking about the gear position switch? If so, then hell yes. Would much rather give cash to a PF kent. PM incoming.
