    jesse is great.

Also worth maybe emailing rama from racehead developments for any tips on e21 car setup/changes for the track. He ran one in various forms for a number of years and it was pretty damn quick too. http://racehead.com.au/

Back out to have another crack at it again this year. Was out testing today, a new fuel cell and lift pump seems to have solved my fuel cell issue. Car ran well, was nice to drive. Looking forward to racing with QTCC again on March 16-18.

Had my first real brown pants moment though....no damage, but could have been a hell of a lot worse!

Jesse was great to talk to, nice guy, helpful and friendly. Same for Rama, I got in touch with him through PF when I was first thinking of going an E21, way back around 2013, 2014. Would love to get some of his gear in my car, but the budget needs to grow first! But as for both of them, was just great to talk to others that enthusiastic and positive about the journey, makes you feel good along the way.

Made it through the first race weekend of the year and it went better than I ever could have imagined. Car ran faultlessly - changing a brake light switch was the hardest job I had to do to it all weekend.

Qualified 7th, finished 6th in the first race and then was able to steal three 3rd place runs in the remaining races. Attrition did help as on pace, I was probably only a 5th-7th place car. But consistency was a big part as well. In the second race, a 15 lapper, the spread from fastest to slowest lap was only 1.2 seconds and I had 10 laps within .5 of my fastest. Extremely happy about that as I got to focus on just driving for a change.

Back racing at Queensland Raceway in about a month and all I have to do between rounds is basic maintenance! Can't wait to be back out there.
