    Saw this on a Facebook page. Some guy in the comments was *allegedly* a haltech dealer and he said that haltech are discontinuing the ecu so they sold a whole bunch of them to someone who is now selling them through Ali express, so they are genuine. Allegedly.

    A few years ago I tried to buy a haltech something or other from America because it was cheaper (go figure, what a load of bullshit! They're made here ffs!) but the resellers I contacted all told me they wouldn't ship to Australia - probably a contractual thing.

    I'm not sure about that seller in particular, but alibaba/aliexpress isn't exclusively for knock offs, real companies do sell genuine products on there.

    I know plenty of people who have got their haltechs from the US. Not sure on the warranty though...
