So, the engineer wants a GVM upgrade on my 2002 Troopy to sign off on the pop top if I keep it registered as a 5 seater.

It seems the 2 options are Lovells and Pedders, I've always kind of assumed Pedders were about convenience and price rather than being the best but have not had any actual experience with them and there do seem to be plenty of people online happy with them. Lovells seem well regarded but I've had no experience with them either. The Pedders upgrade is a bit over $4k fitted with certification, I haven't heard back about a price for the Lovells kit yet but I assume it will be a little more and it comes with a few extra bits like brake load proportioning spacer and such.

Anyone got experience with either?
