WTD - Std Wastgate Actuator 6-8psi

    Gents...

stewing on an exhaust idea, and involves a boost regulated mechanical valve, so rather than reinvent the wheel, i figured a simple stock wastegate actuator would be worth having a play with. some simple 6-8psi OEM garrett doover would be on the money, something like pic below.

figured someone might have something in a parts bin?

    thanks!

    - PSN: rotacoupe

This is obviously assuming all your AUX outputs are doing something. Ie idle control, and the other does water spray, and the other updates your Instagram automatically etc.

You are sort of reinventing the wheel a little.

Something like this I assume is what you are trying to achieve. If it's not on a true "bypass" pipe you can cut/drill the butterfly so that it is always partially open.

Can't speak for quality of this particular one but it's quite simple mechanically. I'll be doing something of the sort.

I've got a BMW twin outlet muffler with a valve already in place. It's some impossible CAN operated electronic control doover though, so just want to replace the activation mechanism.

I think I've got one sorted, so thanks to replays above... in case this bloke falls through, I'll drop folks a message
