    NSW: 600rwhp+ 200sx S15

    I'll preface this with I'm not really sure if I'm ready to sell this as it feels that I've only really just finished it and not had a chance to drive it. The reality is that I've have had this car for around 3 years and would have done less than 3,000km during that time.

    Don't let the subtle appearance fool you - this thing is the real deal – built with no expense spared and by the best in the business.

    Don’t underestimate the amount of money it costs to get a package to this standard – almost everything from the ground up is aftermarket in this setup. I originally purchased it from Dimi who had it for 18 odd months with the engine built and thought I’d “simply convert it to E85” but that was a long road, with a stack of receipts in excess of $30k.

    Unfortunately I spend most of my time travelling with work, and weekends are for time with a young family… leaves very little opportunity to enjoy what this was built for. What is motivating me to sell it is to see the car go to someone who is going to get the use out of it; and get it down the strip with a 9 second timeslip.

    It has performed exceptionally well on the rare occasion I’ve been able to get it to the track – a couple of Powercruise events and a Roll Racing event (latest was Dec-16).

    Genuine 77,500km on the clock – it is in amazing condition considering it has everything original from an aesthetics perspective
    Engine was built at about 73,000km – realistically it is only really just been run in!

    Power Figure:
    450rwkw / 600rwhp @ 34psi

    Recently re-tuned with new exhaust manifold & waste-gate… making full boost about 800rpm earlier than the indicated dyno sheet… and probably more power. Just had it on the dyno whilst on radials so not really sure what indicate peak power looks like!

    I'm really not into drag racing at all but that is what we've currently got it setup for.... but I've been thinking about that as an option as it would be a piece of piss to change... adjust the suspension & throw on circuit rims & tyres... the brakes on it are alright (6 Pot Endless calipers up front) but with a rotor designed to fit under 16s so it would benefit from a larger rotor for a track setup!

    Very nice car, very similar sort of power curve as my old 200SX, nothing, nothing, then tyre frying goodness.

    If you're in two minds selling it, I'd recommend throwing an ad up on carsales regardless. I had the same mixed emotions but put my old car up on carsales. Had a few interested people here and there over the next few months, and then 6 months down the track out of the blue had a CEO call me up and was keen on it as a track car for him and his kid to share. Was more than happy to let it go to him and I got the price I wanted for the car.
