    Lewis' 180sx

Hey guys. New mumber here and thought id put up a thread up. Put a deposit on this yesterday and collect it tomorrow, i cant wait! I moved to austalia from Ireland in april 2016 and sold my s14 back home to pay for the costs to come over here so i was determined to get another silvia at some point.

The guy i got it off owned it for a few years and just never got the time to do the things he wanted so hopefully i will. I have to say, ozzie guys are alot easier to deal with than irish lol The guy who sold me it was a gentleman and didnt bullshit anything. Its Like brand new inside, paint is faded In patches on the outside from the ozzie sun but il get it wrapped next week possibly.

    Manual SR20
    Garrett 2871r
    Front Mount
    Apexi Boost Controller

Only pics i have are the ones the guy sent me. This one wasnt for sale, but i heard of this one that could ve available.

So i went and put the deposit on until sunday so i can get my trailer to collect it. by the looks of things, it needs 4 tyres for a roadworthy test and the fromt bumper put on. And wait for it.... no rust by the looks of things! Most of them back home are rusted to death so this is nice lol

A set of SSR's will look a lot nicer than those tri spokes.

Yeah i have a love hate relationship with them advans. I think they can look good on a smaller car like a EG Civic or DC2 Integra. But not on somthing like this.

Using what looks like the jankiest trailer ever probably didn't help your cause much. Is that even a car trailer or just a stretched box trailer?

Welcome as a new member, we tend to not get too many these days thanks to a select few muppets so good to see.

I was going to make a joke about fighting over potatoes, but I'll give you a few more weeks before hanging shit on you just yet.

How's the quality on those Dmax guards? Seems to be hit and miss in my limited experience.

FYI, aq car jack under the tow ball helps with exit angles. Just chock the front wheels of the to car and the hand brake aint much use when the back wheels are off the ground.
.... because every driver experiences the destructive potential of the effortless surge of power available through the smallest of body movements.

For being fibreglass, the fitment on the wings to the chassis is really good. Lets see how they go with matching the bumper

Thanks mate, havent really decided yet. Want it to be streetable and safe for driving daily, but also want big boost for trackdays etc. Possibly have two seperate maps on a switch, think that is possible with power FC.

I wanted to try the same with my PFC but sadly they aren't advanced enough. Just get it tuned for ~18psi and wind it back a bit for daily duties. My stock SR ran 21psi for several years with a good tune. You should see 350rwhp easy.

    Few crappy updates nothing special.

So i lifted the back seats to see if there was any JDM treasures lost under there over the years. Found nothing but heaps of wires, followed them all back and removed them all. This is the spagetti after i removed all.

Also changed the old OEM fuel pump for a walbro 255 alot handier to do than the last car i put one in (the evo i think).

I was meant to take an after photo but i didnt remember, probably something to do with all the fumes. So heres the old one.

Was having a fiddle around a car and found out it has a GKTech short shifter, although some knob (pun intended) has cut the threads where the knob screws

Also noticed the car has 2 gauges set up minus the gauges Greddy water temp and Greddy Oil temp. Just need to get the gauges and its all wired to go.

Sweet rig man! I will live my SR20 with power fantasy vicariously through you.

Shame you have injectors I bought 800cc ones off here a while back. They're still in their boxes new...

This is obviously assuming all your AUX outputs are doing something. Ie idle control, and the other does water spray, and the other updates your Instagram automatically etc.

That interior looks tops. Making solid forward progress. Should be a fun thing. Front engined RWD coupes hard to beat for fun.
