Haven't seen many, I'd have thought they'd be stacked 3ft high at dealers

Just buy a used Abarth. Much more fun and pretty cheap these days. ~12-13k was the best price I found about a year ago before the Mrs decided she wanted a Mini.

I've always wanted one of those crazy turbo two cylinder ones.

Looks like they're pretty cheap new:

At one stage they were offloading the twinspark Pandas for $10k on road, new.

On second thoughts, buy this thing so I can continue to live vicariously through your car purchases.

So do I. Then I remember they'll be like a Mini but slower, more fragile and harder to get parts for. And I'm already in an abusive relationship with a Mini.

We just took on Fiat/Alfa as part of our stable in Brisbane. Send me a PM with your details if you want me to organise a deal for you.

Unfortunately all our stock is auto (8 or 9 cars) but can get a manual from FCA if required.

Still heaps of Fiat 500s left in Italy, so parts are easy to get.

If you want something like an old Mini, but reliable and simple to work on, I'd get a 2CV. My uncle had a twin engine Sahara and now has a Mehari version

I drove one in italy for a week.. looked pretty, but didn't enjoy it much. I guess it didn't break down during the hire period which was a plus. I am sure I would prefer any other multitude of small cars unless must Italian. Nothing really outstanding about it other than the styling. Fuel economy was not great. I didn't find it really that "fun" to drive either, unfortunately I expected I would be a little more involving other than a pretty looking appliance

Given that the nopix has been dealing with an employee with a mental illness of similar scale of late ... dunno how comfy I feel jumping aboard the loveb-bashing bandwagon. These broken people fuck others over royally, leaving a trail of destruction behind them & a bunch of suffering people; but they’re pretty seriously fucked-up themselves. Dunno that beating into someone obviously so fucked-up helps them or anyone else ... ?
And yeah I only said this ‘cos I somewhat doubt the LoveB guy would ever be seeing it.

Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.
